Training Science – Sports Performance

The TrainingScience main focus has always been  to encourage athletes to think about both training and life.

Over the past 26 years I’ve coached athletes, from primary school novices to national Champions, across multiple sporting codes.  Teams and individuals have had the opportunities to better themselves as individuals as well as pivotal athletes with-in the various team sports.

Its been a journey of continuous self improvement, physically, mentally and intellectually with a single minded dedication to improving each and every athlete to the best of mine and their capabilities.

I believe that each and every human holds the potential to be better… move well and stay injury free…. have a healthy lifestyle and be mentally on point.
