TrainingScience @Johnsons Crane hire Marathon 2025

NE-XT.co.za  & Team TrainingScience had an awesome Nutrtion awareness day at the Johnson Crane Hire Marathon 2025 that took place on January 26 at Willowmoore Park in Benoni, Gauteng. The event offered various distances, including a 42.2km marathon, 21.1km half-marathon, 10km, and 5km family fun run. 

The event was organized by Benoni Harriers Athletic Club, and the results are available online.  

The NE-XT and TrainingScience team had the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the countries elite marathon runners as well as the very day runner just focusing on on improving the that average 1km time… 

This said the focus was to expose athletes to the importance of recovery supplementation and nutrition in order to optimize sports performance.
