Balwin Foundation Taking cycling to the next level

TrainingScience once again had the opportunity to join The Balwin Foundation 94.7 mountain biking  and road cycling events in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

The grueling 55km Mountain bike ride followed by the 94.7km road cycling race the next week, tested all riders to the max of their ability and fitness…with the group of riders finishing their rides with-in close times of each other in both races. 

The Balwin Thaba Trails Mountain Bike Park at the Thaba Eco Lifestyles centre offers  popular mountain biking and hiking trails for different skill levels. 

The lifestyle centre also plays host to The TrainingScience Thaba Eco sports centre offering all athletes in the South of Johannesburg a destination to improve their sport performance capabilities and take their game to another level.
